General Use
- You may use our services for hosting websites, game servers, and applications that comply with the law.
- You may not use our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Prohibited Content & Activities
You must not use our services for:
- Illegal activity – e.g. piracy, hacking tools, fraud, or anything violating local/national laws.
- Malware distribution – including viruses, trojans, ransomware, or phishing sites.
- Spamming – sending unsolicited bulk emails or running spam bots.
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or participation in botnets.
- Hosting abusive or offensive content – including hate speech, harassment, or extreme violence.
- Resource abuse – using excessive CPU/RAM/IO that negatively impacts other customers.
Game & Voice Servers
- Mods and plugins are allowed, provided they do not break licensing laws or abuse network resources.
- Cracked or pirated game server software is not permitted.
- Running servers for games that violate publisher TOS may result in suspension.
Security & Network Use
- You are responsible for securing your account, passwords, and uploaded content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts is strictly forbidden.
- Port scanning, vulnerability testing, or “stress testing” tools are not allowed without prior written approval.
Email & Communications
- Business or community email is allowed.
- Bulk mailing, spam campaigns, or use of mailing lists without proper consent is prohibited.
- Misuse of our network to send misleading, fraudulent, or spoofed email is not allowed.
Enforcement
- Violations of this policy may result in:
- A warning
- Temporary suspension of service
- Permanent termination without refund (for serious or repeated violations)
