You can create professional email addresses using your domain name (for example: info@yourdomain.com) directly from your hosting control panel.

Step 1: Log in to Your Hosting Control Panel

Step 2: Open the Email Accounts Section

  • In cPanel: Look for Email → Email Accounts.
  • In DirectAdmin: Go to Email Manager → E-Mail Accounts.

Step 3: Create a New Email Account

  1. Click Create / Add New.
  2. Enter your desired email address (e.g., sales, support, or your name).
  3. Choose the domain you want to use (if you have more than one).
  4. Set a strong password or generate one automatically.
  5. (Optional) Set a mailbox quota (the maximum storage space for this account).
  6. Click Create Account.

Step 4: Access Your Email

Once your account is created, you can:

  • Log in via Webmail (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/webmail)
  • Set up your email in apps like Outlook, Apple Mail, or on your mobile device
  • Access via IMAP & SMTP (details in your client area or welcome email)

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t log in? → Double-check your username (full email address) and password.
  • Mailbox full? → Increase the quota from the control panel or delete old emails.
  • Email not sending/receiving? → Ensure your DNS MX records are correctly set to our mail servers.
