Your client area is where you can manage all of your services, view invoices, open support tickets, and update your account details.
Step 1: Go to the Client Area
Step 2: Enter Your Login Details
- Use the email address and password you created when signing up.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be able to:
- View and manage your hosting services
- Check and pay your invoices
- Open and reply to support tickets
- Update your personal details and security settings
Troubleshooting
- Forgot your password? → Use the Forgot Password link.
- Not receiving reset emails? → Check your spam/junk folder, or contact support.
- Can’t log in at all? → Open a support ticket and our team will help you regain access.
