Your client area is where you can manage all of your services, view invoices, open support tickets, and update your account details.

Step 1: Go to the Client Area

Step 2: Enter Your Login Details

  • Use the email address and password you created when signing up.
  • If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

  • View and manage your hosting services
  • Check and pay your invoices
  • Open and reply to support tickets
  • Update your personal details and security settings

Troubleshooting

  • Forgot your password? → Use the Forgot Password link.
  • Not receiving reset emails? → Check your spam/junk folder, or contact support.
  • Can’t log in at all? → Open a support ticket and our team will help you regain access.
