This article explains how refunds are handled, when they may be granted, and the limits on refund eligibility under our Terms.
Refund & Subscription Terms
- All payment charges are final and non-cancelable, except under limited conditions.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or for accidental purchases.
- Refunds for new orders may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- Subscription payments, including renewals, are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptional Cases & Discretionary Refunds
- In rare cases, where services materially fail to perform or the service is unusable, refund requests may be considered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
- We evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your client area.
- Submit a support ticket clearly stating:
- The order or service you wish refunded
- The reason you are requesting the refund
- The time you made the purchase
- We'll review your request in light of the policy and notify you of our decision.
