This article explains how refunds are handled, when they may be granted, and the limits on refund eligibility under our Terms.

Refund & Subscription Terms

  • All payment charges are final and non-cancelable, except under limited conditions.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or for accidental purchases.
  • Refunds for new orders may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Subscription payments, including renewals, are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptional Cases & Discretionary Refunds

  • In rare cases, where services materially fail to perform or the service is unusable, refund requests may be considered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
  • We evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Submit a support ticket clearly stating:
    • The order or service you wish refunded
    • The reason you are requesting the refund
    • The time you made the purchase
  3. We'll review your request in light of the policy and notify you of our decision.
